PROMO MODEPromo begins as we are taken to a USPW house show. "Everybody Loves a Pimp" by Slim Thug ft. Jazze Pha hits the speakers. The crowd that recognizes the music pops, some others stand to see who is making their entrance. Pimp D then steps from behind the curtain, making his first official USPW appearance. More fans pop, recognizing the long-time wrestler and current NGW World Heavyweight Champion. He charges to the ring, slapping a few hands on the way down. He then slides into the ring, leaps onto the middle turnbuckle, and makes his patented 'H' with his left hand. He jumps off the top rope and takes a microphone out of his inner jacket pocket.Pimp D: Yo, what up, USPW?!Insert cheap pop.Pimp D: It's nice to make my first appearance with USPW in the land of real fans. Those that don't just spend their money on TV tickets. For those of you who haven't had a TV for the last 14 years I've been in this business, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Pimp D. I've come to USPW to completely take over this brand new company. Now, I've watched the first two Freedom events this show has put on, and I've been taking notes of the talent this company has to offer so far. So, time for a history lesson. Since 2001, I've done nothing but join companies and capture titles...over 30, to be exact including six world titles. One of which, I just so happen to have around my waist right now, the NGW World Heavyweight Championship.
For the moment, it appears that the singles roster will get a bit of a break because myself and Kid Flash have joined this USPW Tag Team Tournament. So, I guess that'll be the first gold I capture here with this company. Hopefully, this isn't a company that's gonna limit me to just that because I have nothing but aspirations of snatching the big belt as quickly as humanly possible. Tonight, however, I'm here to attempt to talk about the task at hand. Yasee, outside of both being competitors in NGW, Kid Flash and I go back farther than that. From 2004-2014, I ran a company some of you may have heard of...the National Wrestling Federation. The contingency that knows of the company the pimp speaks of begin a bit of an "NWF, NWF, NWF" chant.Pimp D: Heheh. Thanks. Kid Flash just so happened to be a long-time member of the NWF roster, so we're well-versed with one another. Fast forward to the very end of 2014 when I was invited to join NGW by its Commissioner--another man that graced the NWF--Ryan Maxwell. Yasee, he had a plan in place to bring over a group of the NWF's finest and some that we have since trained to Nitro Gen Wrestling to show that company just how to be successful in this business. Since joining NGW, the NWF group has headlined the company's events and title matches. Now, being that I have competed in OCW, I was aware of this company's opening and was a bit intrigued. Then, we caught wind of this tag tournament.
I had a small meeting with our stable to decide who would become my tag team partner to show this company exactly what the NWF has shown Nitro Gen Wrestling. What is that, you may ask? It's quite simple. The NWF is the best of the best. So, pay attention to our matches, USPW fans. We have two this coming Friday at Freedom. Kid Flash and I in one match, and you get the treat of the NGW World Tag Team Champions Slim and John Bane in another. That's worth more than the price of admission just right there. So, now onto my next subject. Bong Brothers, I haven't forgotten about you....or have I?Pimp D scratches his chin, looks down, and appears to be in deep thought. Then, he puts up one finger.Pimp D: I can't forget about you because--quite frankly--I've never heard of you. As a matter of fact, no one in my almost endless circle of wrestling associates have. Hell, they've never even heard of whatever company you claim to be representing. For all I know, Kid Flash and I might be fighting the team of Virgil and the Brooklyn Brawler. So, at Freedom, the fans will be treated to two of the best wrestlers this world has ever seen taking on two men 99.9% of the world has never heard of. Know this, Cheech and Chong. Neither myself nor my partner will be discounting you. We may not have ever heard of you, but that doesn't mean I'm countin' this as an epic squash match. You two could potentially be the second-best team in this tournament, for all I know...or you could do jack shit. Honestly, I'm putting my money on the latter. I'll just be quite plain with ya. When it all boils down to it, there's only one team that's going to win this tournament. That team will be the team of Pimp D and Kid Flash.
Now, I much prefer to let my actions do the talking, but this is the first official appearance I've made for this company, so I won't be able to do that until Friday. The fact of the matter is that it really doesn't matter who these guys are. They just won't be good enough to defeat my team. Our resume's alone could squander any other teams' opportunity to win this tournament and make them immediately crap their pants. That's just this team on paper. Do ANY of you, with the exception of Slim and Bane, know just what you've gotten yourself into? Hell, I don't even think the mega ego team of those two know just what is in store for whoever is so unlucky to step foot in the ring with this team? There will be the IWC possibly betting against two men that have never teamed together winning the whole tournament. Relax, nerds. Stay in your parents' basements and keep your conspiracy theories the hell away from the team of Pimp D and Kid Flash. There's only one thing that the IWC, NGW, USPW, WBW, ECW, QQW, jo mama and anybody else needs to know. When it all boils down to it, whoever faces THIS team will find themselves DROPPED!!!
"Everybody Loves a Pimp" hits the speakers again as Pimp D throws his mic down. The screen fades to black.
END PROMO
